Phoenix StationsIn the fall of 2000, KOY became the property of Clear Channel Communications, the country’s largest radio group with over 1,200 stations worldwide. KOY took the position of “The Biggest Hits and the Best Times” as it celebrated its 80th Anniversary in 2001.

In 2004, Clear Channel Communications has grown to over 1,700 radio stations worldwide.

John Tesh joined the KOY family in the summer of 2006, where he's been bringing us "intelligence for our lives" ever since.

Kevin Butler is today's KOY Program Director. He is also the Music Director alongside Smokey Rivers.

Danny Davis continues to fill every weekday morning with fun and entertainment. Listeners have a chance to test their knowledge of their favorite music era with signature features such as “Wheel of Fortune” and the “Secret Song.” Community values are always in the forefront with features such as “Veterans ___’ and “Pet Patrol.”

Danny often takes his show on the road to support various events in the community. Just a few are the Veteran’s Expo, in support of the Arizona Department of Veterans Services, Phoenix Rescue Mission Radio-thon, Paws in the Park to benefit the Pets 911 Auxiliary, Alzheimer’s Memory Walk and the Race for the Cure to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Look for KOY and Danny Davis at a location near you!

A special thanks to everyone who have helped make KOY what it is today …
